- Ongoing tasks include coordinating meeting room hire, travel bookings, data entry, and administration within our database.
- Additionally, they will draft correspondence for internal and external distribution.
Requirements
- Mandatory: excellent customer service focus and dedication.
- Mandatory: intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
- Desirable: experience or exposure in a relevant industry (insurance, factual investigation or legal).
- Prioritised: scheduling and appointment setting experience, as well as strong attention to detail and exceptional time management and organisational skills.
- Fundamental: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
