Requirements
  • Mandatory: excellent customer service focus and dedication.
  • Mandatory: intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Desirable: experience or exposure in a relevant industry (insurance, factual investigation or legal).
  • Prioritised: scheduling and appointment setting experience, as well as strong attention to detail and exceptional time management and organisational skills.
  • Fundamental: excellent written and verbal communication skills.
