Job Opportunity

The Procare Group is seeking skilled and dedicated individuals for a Surveillance Operative position. This role involves conducting insurance investigations in Sydney, working on varied cases including field surveillance, personal injury investigations, witness/subject location & enquiries, government, general insurance & corporate matters.

About You
  • You are an experienced Surveillance Operative with a strong background in insurance investigations across Workers Compensation and CTP portfolios.
  • You have excellent communication skills and are able to effectively collaborate with clients to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • Surveillance equipment;
  • Experience in physical surveillance, preferably in Workers Compensation and/or CTP;
  • Photographic and video recording skills;
  • A licenced vehicle;
  • Investigator's licence (mandatory);
  • Ability to submit investigation findings through various mediums and technological platforms;
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, honesty, integrity, self motivation & ability to work within strict time frames.
