Insurance Investigations Support Professional

We are seeking a high-calibre individual to join our National Investigations Team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing support with field enquiries and case administration
  • Updating clients on the progress of investigations
  • Assisting investigators with general insurance investigations
  • Coordinating travel bookings and preparing external information requests
  • Drafting correspondence for internal and external distribution
  • Skip traces & witness location support

The ideal candidate will have team management experience, business acumen, tenacity and commitment to their job.

A working knowledge of the insurance industry is preferable, but not required.

A comprehensive induction and ongoing support will be provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to investigators
  • Update clients on investigation progress
  • Assist with general insurance investigations
  • Coordinate travel bookings and prepare external information requests

  • Support skip trace and witness location activities

Requirements:

  • Excellent customer service focus and client-centred approach
  • Intermediate to strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Experience, exposure and/or an interest within a relevant industry (insurance, investigations or legal)
  • Superior time management skills and diary management of up to 50 resources for weeks in advance
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities and client demands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation and strategic planning
