Job Title: Learning Designer

Embark on a transformative journey as a Learning Designer, creating engaging E-Learning materials that drive business growth and success.

Develop and design all E-Learning requirements for projects, including blended learning programs, online learning, gamification, and face-to-face workshops. Collaborate with various departments to craft fun, interactive, and engaging content for teams.

Work closely with business leaders and project managers to consult on upcoming projects and training options. Ensure data collection from learning programs tracks completion, assessment outcomes, and learner satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills for stakeholder and Subject Matter Expert (SME) collaboration.
  • Experience in crafting modern E-Learning content and blended learning activities.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
  • Familiarity with LMS systems and Articulate 360 authoring tools.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro (desired).
