Job Summary:
The Learning Content Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the learning landscape by crafting engaging, interactive e-learning modules that integrate instructional design, adult learning principles, and human-centered design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain high-quality e-learning resources, including simulations and competency assessments, to enhance student engagement.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create innovative, cost-effective learning solutions that meet evolving needs.
- Consult with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and guidelines.
- Evaluate feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
The Role:
This position supports the integrity and governance of learning content through systematic review, development, and change control processes. It involves working closely with the State Health Information Management (HIM) and Clinical Coding teams to create user-centric learning interfaces and ensuring assessments are secure, access-controlled, and optimized for automated marking where applicable.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need a proven track record of creating high-quality, engaging, and adaptive learning materials tailored to diverse groups. Strong technical expertise in eLearning authoring tools is essential.
