We are seeking a skilled and innovative E-Learning Developer to join our team. As an E-Learning Developer, you will design, develop, and deliver engaging and accessible e-learning products that support our regulatory and educational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing, developing, and delivering high-quality e-learning products using established multimedia tools and techniques.
  • Conducting quality assurance and user testing to ensure effective learning outcomes.
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate technical and regulatory content into clear, engaging, and interactive digital learning materials.
  • Applying sound judgement and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative learning solutions that meet audience needs.
Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in instructional design, educational technology, education, graphic design, or a related discipline.
  • Experience working in the government sector, and demonstrated capability in e-learning, instructional design, or multimedia production.
  • Sound knowledge of adult learning theory, UX principles, and accessibility to produce content that is engaging, effective, and tailored to diverse audiences.
