Key Roles and Responsibilities

The role of an e-Learning Developer involves creating engaging and accessible digital learning solutions. This includes designing, developing, and delivering interactive content using various tools such as Articulate, Captivate, and other relevant platforms.

  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate technical and regulatory content into clear, effective, and engaging digital learning materials
  • Conducting quality assurance and user testing to ensure effective learning outcomes
  • Applying sound judgment and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative learning solutions
  • Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards and government policies
Eligibility Criteria
  • Must be an Australian citizen at the time of application
  • Will need to undertake AUSTRAC's pre-engagement checks
  • Will need to obtain and maintain ongoing Baseline Security Clearance
