E-Learning Innovation Specialist

Key responsibilities of the E-Learning Developer role include designing, developing and delivering engaging and accessible e-learning products that support regulatory and educational objectives. - Conducting quality assurance and user testing to ensure effective learning outcomes.
- Collaborating with subject matter experts to translate technical and regulatory content into clear, engaging, and interactive digital learning materials.
- Applying sound judgement and creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative learning solutions that meet audience needs.
- Ensuring compliance with accessibility standards, brand guidelines, and policies.
- Providing sound advice on e-learning design, instructional methods, and digital learning approaches.
- Managing project timelines and multiple tasks to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.
- Applying knowledge of adult learning theory, UX principles, and accessibility to produce content that is engaging, effective, and tailored to diverse audiences.
- Using learning management systems to deliver content and improve learner engagement and outcomes.
- Continuously improving digital learning products through stakeholder feedback and evaluation.
