Home Care Professional

Right at Home is seeking a passionate and client-focused Personal Care Worker to join our dedicated team. Our care professionals treat clients with the same care and respect as they would their own family members.
We provide exceptional in-home care and support to clients across Western Australia. Our roles are varied and rewarding, offering you the chance to work in a supportive and positive environment where you can grow and make a difference.
As a Personal Care Worker, your responsibilities will include providing personal care and assisting with daily activities, working closely with Registered Nurses to deliver client-specific care, identifying client care needs, and communicating effectively with clients, their families, and team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent)
- Current Senior First Aid [HLTAID011], CPR [HLTAID009] and Manual Handling [HLTWHS005]
- A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence
- NDIS Screening (or willingness to get)
- Strong expertise in mental health care
- Willingness to travel and flexibility with shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with empathy for elderly clients
- Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards for home care
- Commitment to safety, infection control, and emergency procedures
- Work with an amazing group of clients in a supportive team environment
