Key ResponsibilitiesThe ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build trust quickly with stakeholders. The role involves working within the Care Management team, handling client inquiries, and building relationships with clients and their families. Key responsibilities include managing requests, feedback, complaints, and maintaining high standards of service.
Requirements- Administrative experience with the ability to manage challenging workloads
- A client-focused attitude
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
- Advanced computer skills (Microsoft 365 and adaptability to new systems)
- National Police Clearance
- Ability to contribute to organizational goals
