About the Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Information System Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities
  • System Administration: Maintain and troubleshoot the HRIS system to ensure reliability, accuracy, and a seamless user experience across all modules.
  • Data Integrity & Reporting: Manage HR data quality, generate and validate operational and compliance reports, and deliver actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Continuous Optimisation: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve functionality, and enhance user adoption across the full ELMO suite.
  • BAU HR Support: Serve as the HRIS specialist within the People & Culture team, embedding new modules and functionalities into everyday processes.
  • Stakeholder Support: Partner with HR colleagues, managers, and external providers to troubleshoot issues, train users, and implement value-added solutions.
About You / Qualifications
  • Expertise in ELMO Systems: Advanced administration, configuration, and optimisation experience is essential.
  • Analytical Capability: Strong skills in producing and validating HR data, metrics, and reports within a HR environment.
  • Process Mindset: Ability to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and enhance HR operations through smarter use of systems.
  • Hands-on Approach: Comfortable balancing administration with stakeholder support and system optimisation.
  • Collaborative Style: Able to work effectively in a small HR team, share knowledge, and provide training to system users.
  • Experience in BAU HR Operations: Supporting medium-to-large organisations.
  • Attention to Detail: Problem-solving ability and comfort managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
