Key Responsibilities
  • Process end-to-end payroll and act as a backup during pay runs
  • Maintain HRIS transactions and ensure data accuracy across systems
  • Monitor system interfaces and ensure employee records are complete and consistent
  • Prepare and review leave accrual reports and assist with adjustments
  • Compile and deliver scheduled and ad hoc people reports
  • Support payroll team with month-end and year-end activities
  • Assist with onboarding, new starter processing, and compliance checks Participate in system enhancement testing and updates
  • Ensure legislative compliance and contribute to a safe working environment
About You
  • Strong end-to-end payroll experience with strong understanding of payroll awards and agreements
  • Interest in systems, data analysis, and process improvement
  • Experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle (preferred)
  • Curious, logical thinker who understands the "why" behind processes Team player with excellent communication skills Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Full Working Rights as this is a permanent role Immediate start preferred so please call me on the below number if you are available immediately
