Payroll Professional Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled payroll professional to transition into an analytical role with a focus on HRIS and payroll systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, maintaining HRIS transactions, and ensuring data accuracy across systems.

  • Process end-to-end payroll and serve as a backup during pay runs
  • Maintain HRIS transactions and ensure data consistency across systems
  • Monitor system interfaces and verify employee records are complete and consistent

A strong understanding of payroll awards and agreements, along with an interest in systems, data analysis, and process improvement, is essential for success in this role.

Experience with ADP Payforce, Kronos, and/or Oracle is preferred but not required.

A logical thinker who understands the "why" behind processes, a team player with excellent communication skills, and an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary for success in this position.
