To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A person-centered approach to supporting individuals in their daily living
- Experience working with people with dementia or disability who may present with complex behaviors
- Reliability and flexibility to work across a range of shifts
Essentials:
- Covid-19 and Flu Vaccination and ongoing boosters
- National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Disability
- NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
