Disability Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Bedford Group. As a Support Worker, you will provide high-quality support to individuals with disabilities, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one support to clients in a variety of settings.
- Support clients to achieve their NDIS goals and objectives.
- Complete progress and incident reports to ensure client safety and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with clients to promote individual choice and control.
- Provide transportation to clients using a Bedford Group pool vehicle.
- Maintain a duty of care for clients, staff, and yourself.
About You
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic individual with a passion for working with people with disabilities. You will have a minimum of a Cert III in Disability (or equivalent) and current First Aid and CPR certification. You will also have strong written and verbal skills, as well as a positive focus on empowering clients to make their own decisions.
