Job Title:

Construction Cost Expert

We are seeking an experienced Construction Cost Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction cost control, with a focus on electrical, mechanical, and CSA cost elements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing budgets for Data Center construction projects
  • Reviewing and justifying estimates and costs
  • Utilizing cost data and metrics for analysis and reporting
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure cost-effective project delivery

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. construction management, engineering)
  • Proven experience in construction cost control, with specific knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and CSA cost elements
  • Experience with estimating software such as CostX, Cubit, Onscreen take-off, Timberline, and Bluebeam
  • RICS accreditation
