Construction Project Cost Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Cost Manager to join our team. This role involves managing cost, scope, risk, design, feasibility, and programme for various construction and development projects nationally.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of project cost management principles and practices. They will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Manage project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Develop and maintain project cost plans and budgets
- Conduct cost analysis and provide recommendations to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project delivery
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Architecture, or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2 years post-graduate experience as a quantity surveyor
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
