Contracts Administrator Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Contracts Administrator to manage administration, commercial and financial functions of projects, oversee project cost reporting, letting and financial administration.

">

Manage all cost and contractual matters including project costs, revenues, claims, and supplier agreements.">Influence and lead others in the team to produce high-quality project outcomes.">Ensure that delivered products comply with contract specifications and record and report on any non-conformances.">Communicate and negotiate with trades to track progress and manage disputes.">Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of the head contract.">Establish, maintain and control an effective cost control and reporting system.">Prepare monthly progress claims to the client.">Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounts and payroll information.">">

  • Previous Contracts Administration experience">
  • Experience in Residential, Educational, Retail and Industrial sectors">
  • 5+ years commercial construction industry experience">
  • Relevant Building & Construction qualification">
  • Excellent communication skills, including professional phone manner">

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills">
