Position: Inventory Control Manager
As a key member of our management team, the Inventory Control Manager will oversee the back of house operations, ensuring excellence in receiving and replenishment processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high standards of accuracy in inventory management.
- Implement effective stock control measures, including cycle counts and addressing negative stock issues.
- Oversee the planning and execution of annual stocktakes to ensure inventory integrity.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain an engaging and visually appealing store environment.
- Prioritize safety and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for both customers and staff.
