We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team at Dan Murphy's. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining stock levels to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce waste
- Collaborate with store leaders to understand customer needs and preferences for key store events and peak trade periods
- Elevate team performance through regular coaching and mentoring, empowering them to be self-sufficient and achieve accuracy across store inventory levels
- Lead by example, demonstrating a passion for inventory management and stock control, and inspiring the team to do the same
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team
