Key Roles

As a Senior Principal Consultant, you will play a pivotal part in FileNet development and ECM solutions with strong Java/J2EE background. The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring, designing, and developing on FileNet, especially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager.

The successful candidate will work in a team of technical experts delivering high-visibility projects, develop Java/J2EE components to integrate with IBM BAW Case Manager and/or FileNet, and participate in design meetings and design decisions.

About the Position

You will be responsible for delivering FileNet solutions with strong Records Management, Archival, and Retrieval capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of FileNet P8 CE & PE, Content Federation Services, and related technologies.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Configure, design, and develop on FileNet, especially with IBM Enterprise Records Manager.
  • Develop Java/J2EE components to integrate with IBM BAW Case Manager and/or FileNet.
  • Contribute to operational and risk remediation activities.
  • Participate in design meetings and design decisions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 12+ years in IT; 10+ years in IBM Records Manager/FileNet as Developer, Designer, and Architect.
  • Expert level IBM FileNet P8 (5.5.x / 5.6); strong Java/J2EE (Advanced), Spring (Advanced), JUnit (Advanced), iBatis/Hibernate (Intermediate).
  • Strong experience with P8 content engine and process engine APIs; familiarity with WebSphere.
