We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Engineering Enablement Partner to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in creating and implementing our SE enablement strategy, driving business growth and success.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • Develop and manage critical enablement programs for our sales organization, ensuring they have the necessary content, training, and resources to meet and exceed sales quotas.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to our SE leadership team, providing strategic guidance and support.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define and develop our Global SE Enablement plan, leading communication and execution of the plan.
  • Work closely with our Onboarding team to refine the everboarding program, aligning it with segment needs.
  • Build strategic partnerships with cross-functional SMEs to enable content creation and delivery.
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • At least 10 years of experience in enterprise software, solution engineering, and enablement, with a focus on the data space.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Exceptional business, technical, and sales acumen.
  • Deep technical expertise in OLAP/OLTP, SQL, and/or Python.
  • Snowflake experience is a plus, especially SnowPro Core and/or SnowPro Advanced.
  • Data science or Spark experience is also a plus.
