The Role

You will work closely with our Engineering Manager to help create AI-powered solutions that transform clinical conversations into structured medical documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design delightful scribe experiences for clinical conversations.

  • Collaborate with our AI/ML team to implement medical speech transcription and note generation capabilities.

  • Work with APIs and services that power our transcription and note generation features.

  • Contribute to systems ensuring accuracy and reliability in medical documentation generation.

  • Help improve performance to enhance user experience in clinical settings.

  • Learn about our overall architecture and adopting practices for creating reliable and maintainable systems.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of professional software engineering experience with strong skills in React and Typescript.

  • Experience working with systems integrating with ML/AI models or theoretical knowledge.

  • Experience working with APIs, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure.

  • A growth mindset - eager to learn about reliability and performance.
