AI-Powered Support Specialist

We're looking for a skilled professional to drive the adoption of AI-powered tools and deliver high-quality IT support.
This dual-focused role will guide staff in using tools such as Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT, helping them seamlessly integrate AI into their day-to-day work.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in troubleshooting Windows/macOS and Office 365 issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide first-line support for AI tools like Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT
- Train staff on AI best practices and create guides to help them get started
- Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues across Windows/macOS and Office 365
- Maintain meeting room technology and ensure smooth hybrid meetings
- Support onboarding/offboarding and manage IT assets
- Track service metrics and contribute to process improvements
- Minimum 2–3 years in IT support, training, or helpdesk roles
- Practical experience with AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT)
- Skilled in troubleshooting Windows/macOS and Office 365
- Proficiency with Azure Active Directory and Exchange Online
- Experience using ticketing systems for incident/request management
- Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
- Eager to learn and adopt emerging technologies
