Job Description">

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Claims Team and drive excellence in claims processing.

As the ideal candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day work of your team, ensuring accurate and timely claims processing in line with applicable laws and administrative rules, as well as departmental processes and procedures.

You will instill a team attitude towards delivering consistent, professional and proactive customer service. Financial responsibility and effective management are key aspects of this role, including identifying trends, designing and delivery programs to mitigate loss or leakage to claims and business impact.

Additionally, you will review and analyse customer satisfaction results, voice of the customer and Quality Assurance metrics to design, deliver, coach and recommend improvements.

This is an exciting opportunity for a leader who can provide structure, direction and development to a diverse team passionate about providing a great customer experience.

The successful candidate will ideally have prior experience leading or supervising a Claims team, with an eye for best practice and continuous improvement. They will also have excellent communication skills, be someone who always hits their individual KPI's, and enjoys helping the team reach theirs.
