Claims Administration Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Claims Administration Specialist to join our team. This role involves communicating with customers regarding death, terminal and disablement claims, advocating for their interests, and maintaining professional relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for determining insurance eligibility, issuing claims information and forms, and providing written and verbal responses to customer enquiries about insurance eligibility.
A key aspect of this role is processing insurance proceeds and benefit switch tasks related to insurance claims. The individual must deliver exceptional customer service as measured through the Customer Experience Evaluation Framework.

About the Role:
- Determine insurance eligibility and issue claims information and forms
