
Sales Professional for Strategic Growth

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to connect with customers and deliver exceptional service. This role plays a vital part in helping the business achieve its exciting goals.
This is a remote position that can be based anywhere in Victoria, with flexibility on working location but proximity to a domestic airport required.
- Manage direct sales to customers across assigned territories, or manage representative agencies as applicable
- Uncover potential projects and provide customers with market-leading solutions
- Maintain close relationships with customers and key accounts, acting as TOMRA ambassador
- Follow up on customer questions regarding products and support issues
- Stay technically proficient with all products sold (combined portfolio)
- Maintain a robust sale-pipeline
- Drive growth in profitability, revenue, and market share
- Visit customer sites to observe equipment performance and discuss technologies
- Represent and assist in planning trade shows and company events
- Ensure CRM system records are accurate and timely
Required skills and qualifications include:
- At least 5 years of sales experience in a B2B environment
- Experience selling capital equipment and long project sales cycles
- Background in capital goods and food industry an advantage
- Results-oriented, eager to learn by listening to market needs
- Effective written and verbal communication with internal and external customers
- Persistence and ability to overcome obstacles
- Team-player with cross-divisional collaboration and RACI application
