This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and drive technology innovation through intelligent solutions. As a Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing, designing, and delivering cutting-edge software that improves business processes.

  • Lead the review of business process architecture, design, and plan for intelligent solution delivery
  • Identify and extract requirements using business analysis tools; such as interviews, document and desktop analysis, workshops and side by side observations
  • Evaluate information and data to determine problems/opportunities/solutions
  • Contribute to estimation of development, and drive and manage performance of code development to ensure target timeframes are achieved
  • Assess risk on any new and changed systems/processes and recommend controls where required
  • Build and present recommendations, findings, and options to Senior Management

To succeed in this role, you will need significant experience in facilitating and leading process discovery, modelling activities to quickly assess improvement or automation opportunity. You should also have experience working with technology departments, including offshore developers.

You will join a high-performing, cross-functional domain of data science and automation experts, collaborating to develop cutting-edge software. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and expertise while making a real impact on business operations.
