Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

This is a part-time role with an initial 6-month contract in a rapidly expanding organisation undergoing enterprise-wide digital transformation.

The company has a large pipeline of work, providing a great opportunity to make a significant impact and drive business change.

As a Business Transformation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in leading the business along the change journey while undertaking an ERP transformation.

You will work closely with the Change Manager to meet with stakeholders and create change impact assessments, ensuring the business understands and adopts new processes and system changes.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Business Transformation Specialist
  • Able to work part-time and travel to site 3 days per week
  • Strong relationship building and implementing effective change plans/reporting
  • Experience within various-sized organisations, and within property or real-estate (beneficial)
