The role involves collaborating with business leaders to drive organizational change through people initiatives and strategic partnerships.
The ideal candidate will develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies, including future-state workforce planning, talent acquisition, development, and engagement.
A key aspect of the job is promoting a positive company culture by designing employee value propositions and enhancing the overall employee experience.
Additionally, the Business Transformation Specialist will lead talent review, development, and succession planning processes in consultation with the business.
The position requires ensuring fair compensation and benefits for employees through regular reviews and benchmarking.
Partnership with finance is also necessary to develop budget plans that align with business objectives.
Moreover, the Business Transformation Specialist will formulate and implement HR policies and projects as required.
Coaching and guidance will be provided to other team members on HR-related matters.
Lastly, adherence to all relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards in the field of human resources is essential.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years' experience in HR, preferably in the financial industry, with strong proficiency in multiple HR competencies.
- Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese (written and spoken).
Experience in deriving HR policies in accordance with regulatory developments in Financial Institutions will be an advantage.
