Job Opportunity: Transform Business Processes

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in customer experience.
  • Develop and implement future state process solutions that drive business growth.
  • Partner with Process Owners and other members of the Process Centre of Excellence to achieve process excellence.
  • Analyse current state process performance and recommend opportunities to uplift process performance and improve customer experience.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and scope new projects to drive business results.

This is a challenging and rewarding 18 to 24 month fixed term contract role based out of Sydney, Melbourne or Adelaide. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in process design, business improvement, or transformation, and strong skills in process mapping tools. You will work closely with the business to deliver value through transforming underlying processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth through process redesign and improvement.
  • Partner with Process Owners and other members of the Process Centre of Excellence to achieve process excellence.
  • Develop and implement future state process solutions that meet business needs.
  • Recommend and size opportunities to uplift process performance and improve customer experience.
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement and scope new projects.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in process design, business improvement, or transformation.
  • Strong skills in process mapping tools.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into practical insights.
  • Confidence in influencing change and driving business results.
