Key Responsibilities:

The Store Business Manager will lead the Concession Store at David Jones Bondi, working closely with the State Manager to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer
  • A thorough understanding of all KPIs and in-store financials
  • Professional and results-focused leadership style
  • The ability to problem-solve, look for areas of opportunity, and drive the business as your own
  • Up-to-date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
  • Adaptable to change
