Program Manager Role Overview

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing rotational program experiences for technology graduates.

This involves working closely with stakeholders to drive exceptional program outcomes, foster innovation and collaboration, and enhance market presence and engagement strategy.

The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting early careers talent and experience in early career engagement and program management.

About This Role:

This is a full-time, permanent position based in Sydney or Melbourne. The Technology Graduate Programs team sits within HR and partners with business leaders to design and facilitate programs.
