Administrative Support Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at The Salvation Army in Red Hill, QLD.
The successful candidate will provide efficient administrative and accounting support to the finance team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing accounting assistance, including generating invoices, paying accounts, banking, journal entries, client fees, payroll, petty cash, and assisting with bank reconciliations
- Offering administrative support to the finance team
- Delivering exceptional customer service to internal and external customers through phone, face-to-face, and online interactions
- Participating in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborating with the team to achieve shared goals
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Accounting or business qualifications and experience
- A strong work ethic, self-motivation, and high level of initiative
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Solid computer literacy in MS Office and computerized accounting systems and databases
- Good attention to detail
This is a permanent, part-time (22.8 hours per week) position with a salary package of $45,000 - $50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
