The Role

This strategic position reports to the P&C Director, where you'll act as an executive advisor shaping frameworks and initiatives for long-term organisational success.

You'll develop a forward-looking capability strategy strengthening leadership at all levels, driving engagement across diverse workforces, and preparing the organisation for future opportunities. Collaborating closely with senior leaders, you'll influence talent pipelines, leadership development, and inclusion outcomes while guiding your team to deliver programmes turning strategy into lived experience.
