Regional Capability Developer

As a Regional Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing the capabilities of our store teams across Victoria and Tasmania.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver impactful training through face-to-face workshops, virtual classrooms, and on-site visits to ensure our teams possess the skills and confidence to excel.
- Build strong relationships, influence, mentor, and coach others to drive retail performance and embed strategic business plans across the region.
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs that meet the needs of our store teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with business objectives.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in delivering impactful training and coaching with a focus on capability development.
- Retail management expertise with a passion for coaching and developing high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to design and deliver training materials to diverse audiences.
- Commitment to customer service with experience in creating end-to-end initiatives to enhance capability and drive business results.
