Job Title: Strategic Capability Leader

This role is responsible for driving organisational design and capability strategy to accelerate delivery, enhance customer outcomes, and empower teams to operate with clarity, confidence, and agility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute a capability strategy that accelerates delivery, enhances customer outcomes, and empowers teams to operate with clarity, confidence, and agility.
  • Define and maintain standardised role frameworks across product, technology, and delivery, embedding capability assessments, uplift pathways, and agile ways of working across the organisation.
  • Partner with Technology and Business to embed technical fluency into product roles, ensuring our product leaders are equipped to drive customer-focused, tech-enabled outcomes.
Requirements
  • Proven success in leading large-scale change and transformation programs within complex environments, able to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices, with the ability to bridge technical and business domains to embed modern engineering ways of working.
  • High level of data literacy, with the ability to define, track, and communicate value and maturity through meaningful metrics and performance indicators.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in Agile Delivery, with a nuanced understanding of key roles, frameworks, and agile operating models, able to embed agile principles into leadership, team behaviours, and delivery rhythms.
  • Proven leadership skills, inspiring high levels of engagement, including the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Experience in organisational behaviour, change, learning and development, or similar disciplines, able to design and deliver capability uplift programs that scale across squads, leaders, and domains.
