**Role Overview**

This key role leads the development and implementation of organisational capability strategies to support business objectives. Reporting into the Head of Organisational Development, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address capability gaps.

The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, planning, and delivering learning programs that drive business outcomes. They will be able to facilitate face-to-face and virtual sessions, think conceptually, and convert clear actionable deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing capability plans aligned with business strategy
  • Designing and delivering innovative learning experiences
  • Facilitating stakeholder engagement and collaboration
  • Leading people management and coaching
  • Driving compliance training and LMS optimisation

**About You**

We're looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience in organisational development or HR
  • Exposure to managing and delivering multiple learning programs
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver complex solutions
  • Facilitation skills and data-driven decision making
