Your Role

As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:

  • Lead multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects;
  • Ensure timely delivery and quality of project and structural engineering work;
  • Maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers;
  • Partner with internal stakeholders in a multidisciplinary setting.
About You

We're looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor to Masters' level degree in Civil/Structural Engineering;
  • 6+ years' industry experience on building projects in commercial, retail, defence, health, or education sectors;
  • Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design, including post-tensioned concrete;
  • A track record of cross-discipline project delivery;
  • The ability to lead, train, and mentor junior engineers.
