About This Role

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our internal recruitment team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with our business leaders to meet resourcing needs and ensure we have the right people to deliver exceptional services to our customers and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide expert advice on talent acquisition strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from crafting engaging job advertisements to onboarding successful candidates.
  • Build strong relationships across the organisation, acting as a trusted advisor for our hiring managers.
  • Design and deliver innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and engage top talent.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects, including procedure updates, training tools, and template development.
Requirements
  • A proven track record in recruitment or talent acquisition, with experience in shaping hiring outcomes and building recruitment capability.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and organisational skills, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
  • A genuine interest in people and supporting the organisation's success.
