Key Responsibilities:

As a Tours and Reservations Specialist at Liberty Tours, your primary focus will be on sales execution, lead management, and customer support. You will engage with travel agencies and direct clients to promote Liberty's travel packages, close sales, and ensure bookings are fulfilled seamlessly. Your role will also involve collaborating with Business Development Managers to efficiently receive, manage, and close leads generated by travel agencies and other sources. Additionally, you will provide knowledgeable, prompt responses to client inquiries, explain package details, and customise options to match client preferences. You will handle end-to-end booking processes, manage changes or confirmations with third-party providers, and build strong relationships with clients. Furthermore, you will process payments, issue confirmations, and maintain thorough records of transactions, client preferences, and booking details. Finally, you will track key metrics, such as sales performance and customer feedback, and report back to management regularly.
