About the Role:

Liberty Tours is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Tours and Reservations Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the operations team, you will be responsible for driving sales through travel agencies and direct clients, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with travel agencies and direct clients to promote Liberty's travel packages and close sales to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Managers to efficiently receive, manage, and close leads generated by travel agencies and other sources.
  • Provide knowledgeable and prompt responses to client inquiries, explaining package details and customising options to match client needs.
  • Handle end-to-end booking processes to ensure a smooth, enjoyable experience for clients, managing any necessary changes or confirmations with third-party providers.
  • Cultivate a professional and warm connection with each client, serving as their go-to contact for updates, information, and follow-up support.
  • Accurately process payments, issue confirmations, and keep thorough records of transactions, client preferences, and booking details.
  • Quickly address any travel disruptions or last-minute changes to maintain client satisfaction and uphold the company's high service standards.
  • Track key metrics, such as sales performance and customer feedback, and report back to management regularly.
