Key Responsibilities

As a Data Systems Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the company's software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications. These systems are crucial for collecting, retrieving, and utilizing data to inform internal departmental planning and activities.

Job Tasks
  • Configure and Maintain Applications: Set up and update table definitions, access control, and other essential settings to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Data Validation and Entry: Accurately input and verify data within system databases to guarantee precision and reliability.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate detailed reports using flexible tools tailored to meet business needs, providing valuable insights for management and staff.
  • User Management and Training: Establish user access setups and deliver training sessions to enhance proficiency and efficiency.
  • Application Development and Enhancement: Provide strategic recommendations for improvements to application development, maintenance, and system standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a strong understanding of processes and concepts within the field.

  • Technical Skills: Excel expertise is mandatory, with Power BI experience being highly desirable.
  • Qualifications: A university degree or significant practical knowledge gained through relevant experience is required.
