We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Systems Specialist to join our team in Sydney, Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced data centre environment and can handle diverse functional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimisation of all production server hardware and software.
  • Execute basic troubleshooting along with triaging incoming incidents in support of DC operations.
  • Communicate confidently and clearly with all stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong adherence to processes and contribute to process improvements.
  • Understand internal customer problems and deliver timely technical solutions.
  • Work on a rotating shift basis, including on-call.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Data Centre environment.
  • Background in Linux.
  • Knowledge of Data Centre Ecosystem (cooling, electrical, networking, and structured cabling).
