Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled support professional to provide assistance to our vulnerable clients. As a critical link between our clients and the necessary services, you will play a vital role in ensuring their safety and well-being.

You will work on a flexible schedule and be based at home, responding to calls from our clients who require immediate support.

From there, our operators will contact the nearest support team member who will visit the client to assess the situation and provide the necessary care and support.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to emergency calls and providing immediate support to our clients.
  • Dealing with referrals, maintenance, and installing equipment at clients' premises.
  • Providing or facilitating necessary support to clients, including personal care when required.
  • Assisting with the promotion of our service in local communities.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A responsible and caring nature is essential for this role. No prior experience is necessary, as full training will be provided.
