
UK Residential Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team. This role involves conducting residential property valuations and surveys across multiple UK locations.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced surveyors looking to expand their career with consistent workflow and fee income.
- You will be responsible for various residential property valuations, including loan security valuations, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Probate, Matrimonial, and Housing Association valuations.
- RICS Level 2 Home Surveys will also be a part of your responsibilities.
- Conducting high street lender valuations and reporting same day.
- Specialist lender and private client reports completed within 24 hours.
- RICS Level 2 Surveys delivered within 4 days.
- Prompt response to post-valuation queries.
- AssocRICS/MRICS/FRICS (with VRS essential).
- Minimum 1 year PQE in residential valuation.
- Strong IT skills and experience using software for site notes and reporting.
- A proven track record of producing quality valuation work.
