The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled manager for residential services to join our team in Beaudesert and Helensvale. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client services, ensuring high-quality customer experiences, and overseeing the management of SIL/Accommodation homes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in effective client relationship management to ensure high-quality customer experiences.
  • Ensure effective care plan review and management.
  • Lead and provide coaching to support workers in delivering and exceeding client expectations.
  • Monitor service levels, including funding and client/carer satisfaction.
  • Ensure consumer support plans and assessments are completed within required timeframes.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a Community Services Co-ordination or Case Management role.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing SIL/Disability accommodations.
  • Certificate IV in community services or relevant discipline (Preferred).
  • Demonstrated experience supervising, supporting, and training staff.
  • Knowledge of OH&S legislation relevant to aged care and disability service sector.
