Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Governance Professional to join our Mergers and Acquisitions team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial analysis, modelling, and due diligence to support our investment and M&A activities.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in financial governance, performance reporting, and process improvement to drive efficiency across our equity-owned businesses. You will work closely with our leadership team to develop and maintain detailed financial business cases and valuation models, lead and coordinate financial due diligence, and provide insightful financial analysis and reporting on our subsidiaries' performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Maintain Financial Business Cases and Valuation Models: Create comprehensive financial business cases and valuation models to support M&A activities and strategic initiatives.
  2. Lead and Coordinate Financial Due Diligence: Lead and coordinate financial due diligence for acquisitions, divestments, and loans, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
  3. Provide Financial Analysis and Reporting: Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting on the performance of our subsidiaries, associates, and acquired businesses, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
  4. Drive Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance automation, data accuracy, and reporting efficiency within management and investment reporting.
