Role Overview

This is an opportunity to be part of a small highly visible and collaborative team partnering with governance stakeholders. Reporting to a senior manager, you will be responsible for supporting the design, implementation and continuous evolution of regulatory governance framework, policies, strategic initiatives and practices for our entities.

Your key responsibilities include maintaining entity accountability maps, accountable person statements, and providing support to FAR representatives. You will also report on regulatory governance to stakeholders and other key arrangements.

What We Look For

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in risk, legal or governance working on a Regulatory Accountability Regime (either in Australia or overseas). This includes managing compliance obligations, dealing with ambiguity and delivering to tight deadlines. Strong task management skills, ability to manage priorities and conflicting issues in a professional/risk-based manner are essential. Problem solving, creating efficiencies/improving processes, excellent technical skills and communication skills are also required.
