Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Business Growth Manager. This position requires exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients to understand their strategic objectives, business needs, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to clients, helping them develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Manage client expectations regarding analytical requirements and commitments to ensure high service levels and client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to align timelines for delivering analyses, achieving key milestones, and desired outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Support account development through consultative selling.
  • Identify business opportunities with clients and demonstrate how our services can address these needs.
  • Collaborate with the Commercial team to include Service Model elements in contract renewals with clients from the planning stage.
Revenue Responsibility
  • Responsible for managing client contracts, encouraging contract renewal, and meeting revenue growth targets for our business.
  • Partner with business teams to generate leads and prepare proposals for sales.
